"Your wish," he reminded me. Before he could kiss me, I ran away.

"I'm not done playing yet!" I yelled, laughing as I careened through a sea of flowers. I felt his delight and heard his thoughts of chasing me. For a moment, I was Carl, and Carl was me.  Simultaneously, we were separate and together.

I felt the grass and the earth spreading the foundation for our game. I felt the trees watching and the sky tumbling in vicarious enchantment. I felt the sorrows of the past and the healing pleasures of the future locked in a passionate embrace.

All were forms and contingencies, specifics that mattered little, holding everything. All was desire and the fulfillment of desire. All was space, object, time, and none of these.
